If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1.800.433.1802 or email info@essexclassics.com to obtain assistance for exchange or merchandise credit. All returns must have a Return Authorization # (RA#). You must request the RA# within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back to us with RA# clearly marked on the shipping box/envelope, and be shipped via a carrier that provides tracking.  The cost of shipping an item back to us is the customer’s responsibility.
