How It Works
Submit Your Design
Send your logo or print file to info@essexclassics.com to get started.
Receive a Proof (Strike-Off)
We’ll create a small printed sample of your trim fabric for approval. Turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
Approve & Begin Production
Once you approve the strike-off, your order enters production. At this stage, 50% of your total order cost is due. Production takes 4–6 months on average. Often it takes less time. We will confirm the expected delivery date for you once we submit your order to the factory.
Shipping to Our Warehouse
Shirts are shipped by boat to our warehouse in PA. Air shipping is available for an additional fee.
Final Delivery to You
Once your order arrives in our warehouse, we’ll inspect it to make sure it is perfect. Once inspection is completed, we’ll invoice the remaining 50% along with shipping fees from our warehouse to your location. Your shirts will ship via UPS once the balance is paid.
Order Requirements
- Minimum Order: 50 shirts
Orders of 100+ shirts incur no additional fee
Orders of 50–99 shirts include a $10 per shirt surcharge - Sleeve Style: All shirts must be long sleeve or short sleeve (no mixing)
- Sizing: You may combine girls’ and ladies’ sizes to meet the minimum
Timeline Overview
