1. Eligibility

The Essex Classics 40th Anniversary Shirt Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Essex Classics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs monthly from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Each month constitutes a separate drawing period. Entries carry over from month to month.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

      Only one entry per person per month is permitted. Multiple sign-ups or follows from the same person will not increase chances of winning. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on a social media account, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media account submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media account or email address associated with the social media account by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or social media accounts for the domain associated with the submitted social media account

4. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive one (1) Essex Classics shirt or sweater of their choice, subject to available inventory (Retail value not to exceed $179).

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Essex Classics reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each month. The winner will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram or Facebook within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Essex Classics the right to use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.

7. Privacy

By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Essex Classics. Your information will not be shared or sold and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

Essex Classics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Essex Classics in its sole discretion.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you agree to release Instagram, Facebook, and Essex Classics from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

10. Governing Law and Venue

By entering, you agree that any dispute, suit, action, or other action resulting in judicial intervention is to be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Berks County, Pennsylvania. And, by entering, you agree that any pre-litigation mediation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, or other forms or attempts to settle a dispute will take place within the geographical bounds of Berks County, Pennsylvania. All claims, disputes, and actions are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
